Understand, archive and route ZUGFeRD invoices into finance workflows.

ZUGFeRD is a hybrid invoice format: a PDF/A-3 file with embedded XML (Factur-X). e-Rechnung Inbox extracts the structured data automatically and archives both separately.

Automatic XML extraction

The embedded XML is automatically extracted from the PDF, parsed and validated.

Profile detection

Minimum, Basic, Comfort, Extended or XRechnung profile: the platform detects the profile and applies the matching validation rules.

Dual archiving

Both the original PDF and the extracted XML are archived separately with GoBD-oriented SHA-256 hashing.

ZUGFeRD Comfort: EN 16931 compliant, fully processable automatically
ZUGFeRD Extended: extended fields, EN 16931 compliant
ZUGFeRD XRechnung: profile for the public sector
ZUGFeRD Basic: core information, limited automation
ZUGFeRD Minimum: archived with manual review
